Shipping policy

Skin Jewells Aesthetics Pvt Ltd exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders. We endeavour to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to ship within 7 working days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.

We will on occasion offer shipping promotions with customers receiving free shipping if customers spend over a certain amount. These promotions can change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.

We shall not be responsible for any shipments affected by force majeure events, transfers from one carrier to another, strikes or delays, nor any other extra fees, customs or charges related to your shipment.
