Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations. In such cases, we do allow exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at info@skinjewells.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the exchange.
2. Ensure that the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
3. Ship the product back to us at your expense. You are responsible for the safe return of the item to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it meets our exchange criteria, we will send you a replacement product of equal value. Shipping costs for the replacement product will be covered by Skin Jewells Aesthetics Pvt Ltd.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional costs if the replacement product is of a higher value than the original purchase.
